All of our pieces are made-to-order and can be placed online at www.sashabravo.com, including pieces that feature customization.

For made-to-order pieces, we will email you to show you a visual before creating the piece to make sure we have all the personalized information correct. Upon written consent from you, we will start creating your jewelry piece.

The jewelry pieces that have been designed, including those that feature customization, will take between 2-3 weeks before your order ships, insured via FED EX or UPS. A signature will be needed upon receipt.

Our One-of-a-kind Custom Design pieces require more time for design concept, sketching & approval of photorealistic image renderings, and revisions if necessary, before we begin to hand finish your piece of jewelry. This process generally takes between 4-6 weeks to create.

Please note:

Custom Jewelry pieces that have been personalized, as well as One-of-a-Kind Custom Design pieces that are created through our virtual design, are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

For all other pieces that do not require customization, or any type of alteration, there is a 7-day request or exchange policy from the day you receive your piece in the mail. We want you to be be happy with your purchase but if you do wish to return the piece, email us at info@sashabravo.com within that 7-day window period, and we will supply a return label. Items should be returned new, unused, and in the original packaging. The return charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the original purchase price.

If you wish to exchange the piece for future credit towards a new piece or custom design,

we will send you the credit total in a form of a gift certificate that is redeemable for up to one year of your purchase date.
