Although the Sun is traditionally associated with the fiery, fixed sign of Leo, the location of your Sun gives the vitality and personal expression of that particular sign in which it is located on your day of birth.

The second most important luminary,

 the Moon, is our souls emotional landscape.

Traditionally the Moon represents the watery, cardinal sign of Cancer.

Moving rapidly, spending about two and a half days per zodiac sign, the energy is continuously shifting. When we lean into our moon placement, where it is placed in our personal chart, we seek to find the emotional comfort through characteristics of that sign.

 The Ascendent or rising sign placement is determined by your time of birth, marking the suns journey over the horizon, within a 24 hour period, on your day of birth.

The Ascendant is the lense through which we navigate our life, the house that is characteristically "I" or "Me". The ASC is a personal degree point and angle that represents your first house in Astrology, and the birth chart begins to unfold throughout the rest of the twelve houses.
